Who else helped on this album?

John Grady president of SONY Nashville, gave his permission for my uncle, Dr. Ralph Stanley, to appear courtesy of DMZ/Columbia Records, on this recording. Mr. Grady was very kind and he treated this album with the respect that it deserves.
Dave Freeman Rebel Records, gave his permission for me to use his master which contained the song, "Dream of A Miner's Child." This is the song that I sing on with my father. It is the only way I will ever get to sing with him and it was a dream come true for me. The Stanley Brothers recorded that song live in the early 1960's at the Chicago Folk Festival.
Gary Reid Copper Creek Records, did such a wonderful job writing my liner notes. He is basically a Stanley Brothers historian and was instrumental in outlining the history of the songs.
James Alan Shelton lead guitar player for the Clinch Mountain Boys, was essential to helping me take care of the business end of things (the paperwork). I could not have accomplished all that I did without his help.
